چکیده
Results A 35-year-old woman was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis during her first pregnancy. She came to our out-patient department (OPD) because of swelling and a painful sensation in her left lower limb and legs, accompanied by skin color change. Heparin was prescribed before admission. Physical examinations revealed irregular borders against a background of blanching erythema on the patient's lower limbs in the dependent position. The lesions disappeared when the limbs were raised. The Doppler sonography images of the left lower limb deep vein exhibited a partial thrombus in the common femoral vein. After medical treatment, the deep vein thrombosis was resolved. The symptoms of changed skin color on the patient’s legs remained and were diagnosed as Bier's spots. The patient was discharged and all the lesions disappeared after delivery. During the patient’s second pregnancy, the symptoms reappeared and again resolved gradually after delivery. No treatment was arranged.
